Working Student - Data Analytics (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Working Student - Data Analytics to support our data team in building and maintaining an end-to-end data pipeline that drives insights and strategic decisions for the Commercial Team.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Data Analyst and Engineer, as well as cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Tech, and Finance – collecting, cleaning, transforming, and visualizing data from multiple source systems including HubSpot, Jira, Weclapp, etc.
This position is ideal for a student who loves numbers, communicates clearly, enjoys translating complex technical topics into simple insights, and is passionate about data visualization and problem-solving in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
What you can expectContribute to process improvements in reporting and analytics workflows
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards in Power BI and Google Looker Studio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, then retrieve and prepare data from the data warehouse – performing data cleaning and transformations using SQL, Excel, or Python
Support data integration from operational databases or APIs to the data warehouse
Monitor and validate data pipelines (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Stitch) to ensure accuracy and consistency
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support the Marketing, Sales, Operations, Tech, and Finance teams
Document key metrics, definitions, and dashboards in Confluence and Git
Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel
Basic experience with SQL, Python, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau)
Basic experience with data warehouses (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, PostgreSQL)
Eager to learn and develop solutions for data modeling, ETL processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Basic experience with one or more of the following operational systems is a plus: HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Jira, Salesforce, SAP, Weclapp
Basic experience with one of automation tools (e.g., Python Selenium, Zapier, Make, n8n) or API integrations is a plus
Strong communication skills – able to translate technical insights into clear, business-relevant language
Fluent in English
