Your Role
As a Working Student – IT Systems Administrator, you will support the reliability, security, and efficiency of our internal IT environment across our offices. You will help ensure smooth access to IT systems, networks, and services while contributing to infrastructure management, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role combines hands-on user support with exposure to modern IT infrastructure, giving you the opportunity to gain practical experience in systems administration, IT operations, and security processes within an international technology environment.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for our Munich offices, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
- Support Windows, macOS, and Linux environments and prepare devices for onboarding new users
- Assist in managing on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, including networks, VPNs, firewalls, and device management
- Monitor security systems and support secure access management and compliance-related activities
- Maintain hardware and IT asset inventory, including procurement, setup, and lifecycle tracking of equipment
- Support IT projects and initiatives focused on improving infrastructure, workflows, and user experience
- Document processes and contribute to independent troubleshooting and operational improvements
Your Experience
- Currently pursuing vocational training or a degree in IT, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in IT systems and infrastructure
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and IT support processes
- Interest in modern IT tools, technologies, and best practices
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
