Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.As a Product Marketing Working Student you will support the Product Marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies for Usercentrics product lines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product marketing, market research, and product launches in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Your Tasks

  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, ensuring consistent messaging and branding, videos and content for ads.
  • Customer communication: Manage the monthly product newsletter by aligning with key stakeholders across the organization for content input, content team for copy and email marketing team for distribution to our audiences.
  • Product Launches: Assist in the coordination and execution of product launches, including developing launch plans, creating promotional materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in the development of ICP, customer personas, and journey maps.

You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Free to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least 6 months, and ideally able to work more hours in selected peak periods.
  • Relevant experience from interesting jobs, projects, and results, perhaps from recruitment, platform-economy or another startup
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Google suite and other) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and content.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Cool hobbies, geeky side projects, own blog or passions is a big plus
