Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.We are looking for a Working Student IT Support (m / f / d) to join our team in the Munich office for up to 20 hours per week and support Usercentrics's exponential growth in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Team Leader IT Support, you will work closely with other teams (HR, Platform etc) and actively participate in maintaining and supporting the overall internal IT and contribute to its design and evolution, user computer setup and much more!

Your Tasks

  • Provide and send the IT material to local and remote employees
  • Maintain local IT material stock up to date
  • Assist employees with their daily IT requests
  • Assisting in the onboarding of employees 
  • Contribute to the maintenance and support of the global internal IT in Usercentrics's offices in the EMEA region
  • Support the Munich Office Manager on Events setup

You Bring

  • Some IT support experience appreciated
  • Good knowledge on MacOS
  • Good listening skills, an excellent sense of service and a positive spirit
  • High organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
