With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.As an Event Management Working Student (20h/week) you'll be based in Munich and you'll be responsible for our event logistics, which means ordering and shipping merch, roll-ups and printouts. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that everything arrives in time at the venues of the many national and international trade shows we attend. This role is perfect for a person who has great project management and communication skills and who excels in working in a deadline- and detail-driven way.

Your Tasks

  • Event material planning: Document the inventory in our storage room; understand which events are coming up in the next few months and plan accordingly what types and amounts of merch, roll-ups and printouts are needed; document budgets and costs for event material.
  • Event material ordering: Find the best providers and order event material in time, depending on event dates as well as production and delivery times.
  • Logistics: Ship all needed event material to national and international venues; ensure that all materials arrive in time; understand customs regulations, identify potential reasons for delays and create backup plans.
  • Event marketing support: Support the event marketing team with writing copy and creating design briefs for event assets.

You Bring

  • You are an enrolled student in the field of Marketing, Media, Business administration, or a similar degree
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • You excel in working in a deadline- and detail-driven way
  • You’re great at working in a team as well as independently
  • High interest for Event Management
  • Interested in gaining some experience in marketing
  • Excited to work with tools (e.g., Asana, Flyeralarm, jumingo, ...)
  • Available for 20 hours per week for at least 6 months
  • Willing to work from the office
