THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• You are responsible for reputation management in our app stores and other platforms, e.g. responding to customer reviews
• You take over the handling of voucher orders
• You support us in creating marketing materials and online content – in German and English
• You will be in charge of various social media activities together with our marketing team  
• You support our Head of Marketing with organizational activities

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You are currently studying in the field of marketing, business administration or communication with first practical experience in marketing
• You are available for 20 hours a week 
• You work independently, structured and solution-oriented
• You are creative and an absolute team player
• You are confident in using MS Office programs
• You speak fluent German and good English

Our group is passionate about micromobility and works closely with various departments to develop livable bike-sharing solutions for urban areas throughout Europe.
