The Team:

Our People Strategy & Analytics office is responsible for articulating a clear people strategy that aligns Celonis’ mission, vision, and values with our people. In doing so, we work closely with the CPCO, all People & Culture departments, and business leaders. Next to owning our People Strategy, our scope also includes the people parts of M&A transactions as well as building up a solid talent insights and analytics function.

The Role:

As a working student in the People Strategy & Analytics office, you’ll support us in our daily work and contribute to the successful execution of our people strategy. You will gain hands-on experience and collaborate with various stakeholders on strategic people projects and initiatives. We’ll also make sure, you’ll get a project of your own that you’ll learn to run by yourself. So it is important that you are a strategic thinker, enjoy deep-diving into new topics and are eager to learn and develop. For this role, you are available from February 2024 onwards with at least 9 months of availability as a working student.

The work you’ll do:

  • Research and analyze current trends and developments in the People space
  • Support the Director of People Strategy on strategic projects
  • Prepare templates and presentations 
  • Help to facilitate meetings, workshops and senior management offsites
  • Perform holistic project management tasks
  • Immerse yourself into research on people landscape and prepare relevant information

The qualifications you need:

  • Ideal candidate is a 1st year Master’s student or a 3rd year Bachelor’s student pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable degree. (Open to 2nd year Bachelor’s students if have prior experience.)
  • Ideal candidate has 1.5-2 years of overall experience, ideally in consulting or HR but not a requirement
  • Experience in project management or working on project teams
  • Excellent utilization of Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills and passion for interacting with people
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Must be highly proactive, not afraid to take initiative, and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, German is a plus
