The Global Tech Services team is at the center of Doctolib’s ecosystem. The team is present in several locations (France, Germany, Italy). More than 90 tech contributors are composing the team which combines Technical, Data and IT teams.

The Technical Services team belongs to this Organization and is composed of more than 40 contributors globally. They are working with Customer Services and Tech teams (Software Engineers, Devops, Product Managers…) on a daily basis to transform our Tech assets into a service to our customers.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support engineers getting remote access to clients’ systems
• Contact clients and inform them about ongoing technical issues
• Help organize remote sessions with clients

You could be our next team mate if you:

• Are business fluent in German and English 
• Know how to build a strong customer relation with your communication skills and experience in customer service / customer facing roles
• Have knowledge in using Google Suit and are comfortable with Windows operating systems
• Easily handle customer requests and queues due to your personal efficiency

• Are familiar with technical services structures and environments
• Have already worked with Team Viewer while scheduling sessions for your colleagues
• Use your technical savviness to correctly summarize technical issues delivered from our clients
