•  Identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement initiatives, analyze data, and collaborate closely with all departments.

This role is available for a 12-month contract (extension possible).

• You will assist our Special Operations team by supporting high impact projects,  improvement initiatives, and process improvement workshops
• Over time, you will take the lead and independently run workstreams or whole projects 
• You are very much encouraged to identify and seize improvement potential yourself
• You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Quality, Production and Logistics to identify and implement process improvements

• You are willing to learn something new every day
• You are an enrolled student in a relevant degree program such as supply chain management, process management, operations research, or engineering  
• You are data and process driven and have a strong analytical understanding
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in lean or process management
• You feel comfortable being the point of contact for senior and international stakeholders
• You are familiar with Google Workplace and have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel/Gsheets
• Working proficiency in English, German is a big plus
