We are looking for a Workplace Ambassador to join our team and support our London office, covering front-of-house, day-to-day operational checks, looking after vendor management and connecting people by organizing local events - to ensure that we drive a stronger workplace & employee experience, both virtual and in-office.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Help deliver excellence in local workplace services, experience & operations by supporting the front of house services at our London office.
  • Ensure seamless entry experience for Elasticians and visitors
  • Daily walkthrough of the workspace to ensure it is fully functional for team and individual work.
  • Be the glue and main point of communication for local Slack and email communications for the London office and potential remote locations.
  • Maintain the relationship with building management, security team and janitorial teams, catering teams, ensuring all systems are functional and issues are dealt with efficiently.
  • Help manage the food programs and local events.
  • Partner with HR functions, Internal Events and within the Workplaces team to deliver "Elastic experience" in ways that bring together the people experience elements between space / design, events, wellbeing and workplace services.
What You Bring Along:
  • 1+ years progressive experience in a hospitality, workplace / facilities role with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels, influence behavior, and lead change.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving, planning, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations, comfortable working in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective listener and communicator.
  • Attention to detail and efficient time management.
  • Be curious about workplace services and facilities management.
  • An ability to roll with the punches is definitely a plus, and sometimes a sense of humor is key!
