Formlabs is looking for an energetic, organized and thoughtful champion of Workplace Experience. We count on our Workplace Experience team to help our new hires to ramp up and learn about Formlabs, but you will also be a critical part of helping us maintain our quirky culture and inclusive community as we scale.  You will be a key architect in designing our community events and cultural calendar.

As we grow, so does the complexity of designing strategic programs that enable our employees to build meaningful relationships with each other. This role is also a tactical operator: someone who can execute on and continue to improve daily logistics like onsite lunches. Please note this is an on site position based in our Somerville, MA headquarters.

The Job

  • Drive vendor relationships and negotiations. Assess the vendor marketplace, and evaluate  with pricing and quality top of mind. Collect information and review data relating to our programs, looking for areas of optimizations. 
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a budget. Come to creative solutions in a cost-conscious way.
  • Work side by side with our Operations team to help efficiently run the office in a manner that is welcoming and makes every Formling proud to be in our spaces.
  • Support the new hire experience by conducting some of our onboarding programs that enable our newest Formlings to learn more about the company and our culture.
  • Be a key voice in designing and executing a calendar of People programs that drive connections between employees, products  and further our culture
  • Ad hoc projects, such as internal events and general office management.

You

  • Able to prioritize and juggle multiple needs at once.
  • Have a passion for process improvement; are always looking for ways to do things better.
  • Self-motivator with strong  interpersonal  and organizational skills.
  • Ability to help with set-up and break-down of events.
