Workplace Experience Associate
The Workplace Experience Associate is responsible for independently managing the daily operations of the NYC office to ensure employees and guests are supported effectively. This role provides an excellent workplace environment through coordination of facilities, vendor relationships, events, and supply management. The Associate supports cross-functional collaboration and implements continuous improvements within existing processes with guidance from management. This role is required to be in our NYC headquarters Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the NYC office environment, ensuring cleanliness, order, and smooth daily operations
- Manage vendor relationships and submit service requests as needed
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within workplace experience and propose practical solutions
- Manage office budget and financials with oversight, prioritizing value and cost efficiency
- Sourcing suppliers and vendors, tracking costs, and keen eye for procurement
- Use workplace experience systems and technology proficiently and assist junior team members as needed
- Communicate effectively within the team and escalate issues or blockers timely to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with global site safety standards, office operations laws, and policies
- Proactively communicate and collaborate across teams, driving engagement and accountability within the workplace experience function
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person office events and company initiatives, partnering with the global Workplace Experience Team to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience across all locations.
- Collaborate with cultural groups, regional offices, and departments to coordinate event logistics, including catering, couriers, and calendar invites for office events
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management or workplace experience roles preferred
- Proficiency with workplace systems, Google Suite, Slack, and project management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to proactively support a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities smoothly
- Comfortable working onsite regularly with occasional remote work flexibility
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
