Qualtrics is expanding its presence in the Asia Pacific region and looking to add more great talent to the team. The Sydney Workplace Experience Coordinator plays an instrumental role in bringing the office to life and maintaining operational excellence.

Things You'll Do

  • Champion our culture, vision, and values by creating programs tailored to the Sydney office in partnership with local business leaders and people managers, as well as contribute your voice to our global strategy for these programs
  • Complete responsibility and oversight of day-to-day operations of the site, ranging from janitorial to life-safety, space planning, food and beverage, events, and all programs and services in-between while partnering with the People, Facilities, Design, IT, Health & Safety, Security, and Finance functions to operate and maintain a best in class office environment.
  • Responsible for the oversight of all on-site vendor services, including quarterly business reviews, and monitoring and driving vendors to meet Qualtrics service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) requirements.
  • Innovate and deliver programs and services to support our growing distributed workforce in the region, as well as onsite facilities
  • Oversee the operational  budgets for multiple cost centers;  partner with Finance on all items ranging from capex/opex, accruals, forecasts, etc.
  • Manage the coordination and implementation of capital projects working closely with the Global Workplace Portfolio Management team.
  • Take the lead to address local safety, security, and facilities-related concerns and communicate status and updates effectively.
  • Work closely with the Global Operations Workplace team to drive visions, methods, and targets.

 

What We're Looking For on Your Resume

  • 2+ years of workplace programs and/or site management experience for a large company.
  • Background in Workplace Services and/or Facility Management with focus on exceptional customer service and promoting a positive employee experience for employees, candidates, clients, and vendors alike.
  • Ability to be on-site during normal business hours,  and an understanding the nature of this work might necessitate some after-hours engagement or emergency response.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to manage and lead teams.
  • A proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving results without significant supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; ability to prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage an operating budget; analytical skills, financial management and reporting.
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft product suites, and other productivity software tools.
  • Experience in office relocation is a plus.
