The Workplace Experience Lead for the DACH region will serve as a catalyst for fostering a vibrant workplace culture and building a strong sense of community across our DACH region. This role is dedicated to creating an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and connected to the organization's mission and values. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations executed through including guest services, event & conference management, office spaces and peak management, facility maintenance, vendor relationship and occupational health, safety & security.

  • Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners, including local business leadership, Real Estate, Finance, IT, Health & Safety, and Security.

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  • Manage operational and capital projects, identifying and executing workplace improvements and sustainability initiatives.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the workplace experience and support organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workplace initiatives with company objectives.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor various events globally, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards and identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficient resource allocation strategies.

  • Create and implement change management strategies, project documentation, communications, and plans.

  • Implement measures to create a safe and healthy workplace environment for all employees.

  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to management and relevant stakeholders.

Team/Resource Leadership and Support:

  • Strong people management skills for direct reports, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance reviews.

  • Manage Facility Management partners on operational and account management levels, including KPI and budget management.

  • Lead vendor negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring budget compliance and adherence to procurement processes.

  • Foster a positive work environment, encourage collaboration, and maintain high engagement within the offices and the Workplace team.

  • Manage allocated resources effectively to ensure the timely completion of projects and events.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office, Community or Event Manager or similar role, with demonstrated event management expertise.

  • Ability to manage teams and budgets effectively and proactively.

  • Flexibility, initiative, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, office operations, and vendor management processes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in German and English is required. Experience working in the DACH region is preferred.
