The role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about enhancing the workplace experience and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our workplace is not just a physical space, but a thriving ecosystem where our employees can do their best work and feel a sense of belonging. You'll oversee everything from facilities management to colleague well-being and engagement initiatives, all with the goal of creating an environment that promotes productivity, inclusivity and collaboration.

This is an office-based position, with the opportunity to work 1 day per week from home. 

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will: 

  • Manage the workplace environment, including health & safety, security, maintenance, mail, housekeeping checks, office supplies and delegating daily task lists to the onsite cleaner(s) and Workplace Coordinator
  • Have oversight of global office spaces, as well as user’s journey and experience across our building locations to ensure that they each help the team maximise productivity, increase collaboration, and positively develop the GC culture 
  • Work closely with the Landlord’s building teams to ensure smooth running of the workspaces
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of current legislation, environmental and quality related issues, including sustainability and its impact on energy use
  • Support our tech zero carbon reduction goals through workplace efficiency measures and data collection for annual energy audits and climate reporting
  • Conduct and organise H&S activities including risk assessments and on-going health and safety training
  • Ensure business and legal compliance with policies and procedures at all times
  • Provide highest level of service standards to colleagues and visitors
  • Assist with and coordinate Service Desk tickets, completing them in a timely manner and escalating where necessary
  • Manage and coordinate the purchase of office supplies, including stationary and kitchen items in line with storage
  • Manage service awards and new hire starter packs 
  • Supervise and coordinate work of contractors to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends and insights with regards to workplace and regularly review workspace for improvements and make suggestions for changes to enhance colleagues’ experience 
  • Work closely with wider team on projects to improve the workspace
  • Provide assistance and participate with company-wide events
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • You have awareness and knowledge of H&S legislation and latest workplace trends
  • You are IT confident with a high level of literacy
