Workplace People Service (Lead)
Your role:
As the Workplace Experience People Service Lead, you will provide a seamless support service to our employees and provide a full workplace experience to all departments within Lilium.
This role is dedicated to creating an environment where employees feel the engagement and connection to Liliums goals and values. The ideal colleague enjoys creating a positive work place environment and always stays service oriented. The wellbeing of our Lilians is a high priority.
In our HQ we have many initiatives such as free healthy food and drinks, free in-house gym and health days. You will be the first point of contact for all People Workplace related enquiries, ensuring that all employee queries and transactions are dealt with in an effective, friendly and timely manner.
Your Day to Day:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including but not limited to guest service areas and Reception, Canteen (which provides free food to our employees), Event & Conference management, Shuttle bus service and Parking.
- Responsibility for desk-utilization and parking analysis and work closely with our Facility team.
- Implement KPIs and own the budget management for Workplace Service.
- Create and build key relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on workplace initiatives with company objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor various events globally, set deadlines, budget, and quality standards and identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficient resource allocation strategies.
- Create and implement change management strategies, project documentation, communications, and plans.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring budget compliance and adherence to procurement processes.
- Foster a positive work environment, encourage collaboration, and maintain high engagement within the offices, the Workplace team, and the wider People team.
- Adhoc projects assigned by management
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Office, Community or Event Manager environment or similar role, f.e. Hospitality area.
- Highly service oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of processes around service, maintenance, and office operations.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
