About the jobThis position is needed to join our financial systems enablement team supporting the Finance, quote, Billing, AR, Revenue, Collections & Accounting teams. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communications, diligent time management skills, be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic. Lastly you work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.
This role is expected to be an SME in Zuora Q2C, Billing, Revenue and collection processes with primary focus on Zuora CPQ, product catalog management, Subscription and Billing working with multiple upstream usage system and downstream system integrations (Revenue, Collections, Cash application and accounting), understanding and managing Twilio’s entire Q2C landscape in partnership with the Global Accounting and billing teams to drive automations and innovation. You will support the Q2C processes in Zuora with end- end understanding of Twilio’s multiple billings platforms and build scalable systems for Acquisitions, Work on enhancements and key compliance related projects.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:
- Design and develop platform/product extensions, as per Zuora SAAS delivery methodology, that meets the additional functionality specified by the Business team.
- Learn the skills required to translate business problems into technical solutions as per Zuora product roadmap.
- Provide support to the business team with the adoption approach around CPQ, QTC process
- Architect, design, document, configure, deliver and automate in areas of Q2C in various applications like Zuora CPQ, Subscription, billing, Revenue, external collection systems.
- Ability to perform checks and monitoring the critical processes in production instances and proactively identify the issues and fix them
- Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and to automate the delivery of KPI dashboards
- Proficient in process and solution engineering, managing and delivering cross functional multiple projects and integrations with advanced presentation skills and authoritative communications
- Manage KLO, upgrades, stories in sprint delivery
- Architect and design cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Includes identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenging the norm.

Required:
- 6+ years of experience in Zuora CPQ and billing. Must have completed at least two end to end Q2C implementations using Zuora CPQ, Subscription, Billing and Revenue and done atleast one support project.
- Strong knowledge of Customer master data management, Product and pricing configuration.
- Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs, Payment Gateways, and Avalara.
- Hands-on Zuora workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones.
- Good understanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs.
- Should have a good knowledge of change management, Agile methodologies.
- B.Tech or an MBA graduate.
- Willing to work in EMEA Shift (1 PM to 10 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST)
