About the role

StepStone Private Wealth is looking for a highly motivated undergraduate student graduating between January 2026 and June 2027 to join our Marketing team as an Intern. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the private market industry. Interns will support global digital marketing efforts including mass email marketing, audience segmentation, website management and marketing automation support. Through this experience, interns will develop a strong understanding of various digital marketing foundational skills and strategies.

What you’ll do

The intern will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing efforts of the SPW marketing team including building emails, webinar programs, video editing, creative content development, content updates, campaign reporting, program testing and contact management. The intern will gain significant insight into global campaign execution strategies and best practices as education is a central focus for this position.

Key responsibilities

  • Build email programs including email set up, content tracking and scoring, dynamic content by segments, fully test to ensure accuracy and send to targeted audience.
  • Work in partnership with data analysts to develop a marketing metrics dashboard to provide insight to campaign performance KPIs.
  • Support product marketing team with video editing, webinar program builds, creative content and website updates as needed.
  • Build email templates and programs designed to support sales initiatives.
  • Monitor database health and report on changes quarterly.

What we’re looking for

  • Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Undergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2026 through June 2027  
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills 
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive and team-oriented approach
