The Account Coordinator – Client Services is responsible for revenue/volume creation and service delivery with Utility Partners. This position will handle partner relations/training, process management, project implementations and manage various day-to-day issues with Utility Partners. The Account Coordinator will be responsible assisting the Client Services team on all Utility accounts. This position will help to create account plans for certain Utility Partner accounts and actively manage the account plan by working very closely with the Client Services Team. The account plan includes various tactics that that lead to revenue growth for Allconnect through digital and call volume transfers and product delivery. The position will analyze and communicate results internally implement strategies and tactics that are used to improve revenue generation and customer service delivery. Responsibilities of this position will also include project management of certain key initiatives that will be used across all Utility Partner accounts.

Success will be measured on generating digital/call volume being sent to Allconnect from Utility Partners and revenue generated from these calls. This position is critical to assist with Allconnect promotion/visibility with all our Utility Partners, the implementation of marketing tactics and identifying any areas of attention/need with our Utility Partners. This role will work out of our Fort Mill, SC headquarters Monday-Thursday (with Fridays being a remote-flex day).

Major Responsibilities:  

  • Assist Client Services in creation of account plans for Utility Partners. Account plan includes the tactics to be used such as promotions, incentives, training, call center meetings, reporting, awareness, etc. 
  • Monitor account activity (i.e. volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incident reports, escalations, corrective action reporting, performance plans, trends, etc.) for Utility Partners. Communicate this information effectively with key account contacts.  Develop new tactical plans that work well at Utility Partner and grows the overall business.
  • Formulate effective relationship building strategies
  • Assist Client Services team additional Utility Partner accounts through client visits, project plans, and reporting/analysis. Position will work closely with remainder of team to prioritize how to be most effective with work assignments.
  • Assist with new revenue opportunities with existing accounts that includes selling new Utility products, and implementing new programs.
  • Engage internal resources to assist with key program initiatives primarily involving Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Develop and implement project plans that work well across all Utility Partner accounts.
  • Implementation of tactics developed for use at Utility Partner accounts which increase volume, revenue, and CSAT.

Required Competencies:

  • Ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Detail oriented person that can manage a long list of action items with multiple accounts and have the ability to prioritize what is important.
  • Ability to implement winning account/marketing plans and strong project management skills to manage all activities that come from the account plan that gains client support and commitment.
  • Strong in research, analysis, problem solving.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with multiple departments and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing client partnerships or managing business accounts.
  • Significant experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other reporting software.
  • Exceptional project management skills to implement solutions sold to clients, implement tactics agreed upon with client, and manage the long list of day-to-day issues.
  • Must be able to travel as required as relationship building with clients is critical to position success.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with different levels of a Partner company.

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000*

 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
