Title/Job Profile: Administrative Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will report to the VP of Technology and serve as a resource for centralized tasks for multiple departments, handling a wide variety of often confidential assignments. These assignments include, but are not limited to tasks based on unique guidelines for each department, such as distribution list management, purchasing, process documentation, event planning, etc. This role requires in office presence, five days per week.
Essential Duties/Responsibilites
• Coordinates travel and special projects as requested
• General administrative work: Heavy calendaring, purchasing within policy guidelines using a
department Purchase Card, including expense validation, updating, and creating department
process documentation within a central repository, event planning (dinners, happy hours, etc.)
• Act as point of contact for administrative professionals within the team in relation to various office
visit protocols to ensure compliance with TriNet policies
• Proactively manage outstanding action items to ensure responsiveness and follow through on
commitments / asks
• Interact extensively with the administrative professionals within the team as well as within other
departments/organizations
• Understand the business / department you are supporting to independently prioritize tasks
• Assists management with administrative tasks and prepares various reports detailing
administrative information.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Experience with event and meeting planning and coordination for various activities, including
dinners and events.

multiple priorities
