This role is for an in-office position, Monday-Friday, 9-6pm The Challenge:

Candidate must be able to understand business priorities and executive needs, demonstrating the ability to proactively anticipate needs and operate with a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Successful candidates will be detailed oriented, well versed in completing complex tasks quickly, effectively, and efficiently with limited guidance, in an ambiguous and fast-paced atmosphere. This person must be comfortable working in a team environment with senior executives inside and outside of the company. Core AA responsibilities include calendaring, travel, expenses, planning, special projects, and must be willing to learn new skills such as project management.

What You’ll Take On:
  • Ownership of calendar management for 2-3 leaders. Plan, negotiate, and schedule meetings to accommodate leaders and others. Use discretion and judgment to determine priority of meetings.
  • Coordinates meetings and functions including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other materials, reserving, and preparing facilities, coordinating food/beverage service, and managing attendee calendars.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Complete business expense claims promptly and follow up on reimbursements if necessary.
  • Communications (editing, writing, emailing, announcements, reviewing etc).
  • Utilize time management and organizational skills to juggle responsibilities and strategize efficiency and priorities.
  • Organize and maintain information that may be sensitive, confidential, or technical in nature.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and business partners on key business events and meetings.
  • Meets and greets visitors in a courteous and professional manner; provides support/assistance to visiting guest as required.
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and mailing.
  • Completes and processes expense reports.
  • Coordinates meetings and functions including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other materials, reserving, and preparing facilities, coordinating food/beverage service, and managing attendee calendars.
  • Conducts research as requested.
  • Interacts with the Board of Directors and may aid as needed.
  • Help with special projects as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Coordinates with and backs up fellow Corporate Executive Assistant(s).
What You Bring:
  • 1+ years’ experience supporting executive management (bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, products, and applications.
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,600 and $71,840 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
