We are hiring for an Administrative Business Partner to join the Channel Sales Organization at Pinterest. As an Administrative Business Partner, you will support the Managing Director of Channel Sales and Singapore site lead at Pinterest and play a vital role in supporting and coordinating the functions of our dynamic Channel Salest Org.
What you'll do:
- Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, ensuring meetings are organized efficiently and time zones are adhered to.
- Continuously monitor and optimize schedules to enhance productivity.
- Help to maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and executives, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
- Help to manage communications, Slack channels, and LinkedIn engagements, responding as needed and flagging urgent matters.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare communications, documents, and briefing materials for meetings
- Plan and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Ensure smooth transitions between meetings and travel, and assist with event planning across regions.
- Organize team-building events, all hands, social activities, and recognition programs to promote an inspiring and inclusive workplace.
- Develop feedback mechanisms to ensure employee voices are heard and celebrated.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and create an orientation program focused on the company’s inclusive values.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience, ideally supporting a senior executive
- Proficient in gSuite (gmail, google calendar, google slides, google sheets) and Slack
- Excellent writing, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to execute multitasking in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over ambiguous tasks
- Hands on experience handling tight deadlines, last-minute changes and ability to pivot quickly
- Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Team player
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Fluent in English

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
