Partner Alliance Senior Director, Accenture

The Consulting & Systems Integrator (C&SI) team accelerates Databricks' growth by building and managing relationships with the leading data technology services companies.

In this role, as our Accenture Partner Alliance Director, you will be part of a team responsible for driving a high performing partnership focused on the strategic go-to market motions with Accenture. You will lead this partnership regionally  and implement a cohesive strategy to grow an iconic partnership focused on expanding mindshare, growing revenue, scaling Accenture's Data & Analytics practice and driving joint innovation.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Accenture global partnership.

 

The impact you will have: 

  •     You will expand and develop a partnership focused on delivering predictable and recurring growth within a mutually defined plan
  •     You will help accelerate Databricks' and the partner's adoption within new opportunities and use case expansion
  •     You will develop a training strategy resulting in practice growth and knowledge expansion
  •     You will secure investment and establish programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to market plans
  •     You will launch go to market events and mindshare activities that promote joint customer adoption and new logos

What we look for:

  •     10+ years experience in securing and supporting partnerships at global scale
  •     In-depth understanding of alliance/partner organization, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offering and joint value proposition.
  •     Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud and analytics space
  •     Global SI partner management experience spanning AMER, EMEA or APAC
  •     Experience working with direct sales organizations  in hyper growth technology companies
  •     Experience working and building unique channel relationships and complex contract negotiations
  •     Experience working in a high growth, entrepreneurial organization that has seen scale from $500M-$2B
