Our CNET Energy team is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Analyst.  In this role, you’ll work with RV business leaders across SEO, Customer Experience, Creative, and Engineering disciplines through iterative experience optimization for CNET brand in the category of Energy. You'll deep diving into visitor behavior and performance, and help ideate new features and tools that enhance the customer experience and while driving additional revenue.

What You'll Do:

• Drive growth in and contribute to the strategic direction of our Solar & Renewable Energy vertical on CNET.
• Operate as an owner utilizing data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize, troubleshoot functionality, and develop solutions that enhance the experience and performance of the site.
• Develop plan to increase audience engagement informed by business goals and thorough data analysis.
• Implement site testing initiatives and user-centric product features to streamline the customer experience and drive value to the business.
• Work directly with Engineering and Creative teams to define features, communicate tracking requirements, and create a site experience roadmap to bring your ideas to life.
• Communicate timelines, goals, and performance to diverse audiences, including engineers, content writers, digital designers, fellow analysts, and senior leaders.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment.
• Strong level of accountability and ability to communicate across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers.
• Strong bias towards action by demonstrating initiative to move projects forward independently, asking questions as the need arises and leveraging available resources.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, statistical significance, and robust test analysis.
• Passionate about understanding customer behavior and improving the quality of interactions.
• Desire to work hands-on in a performance-based, analytically driven, and fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred) and SQL (BigQuery preferred).

Compensation

• Cash Compensation Range: $65,000 - $85,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
