The Central Europe Marketing Team at Personio is bringing the Go-To-Market-Strategy to life in Benelux, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As the voice of the region, we act as a strategic partner to our Sales team, other customer-facing teams and the wider marketing organisation.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Associate Regional Marketing Manager to join our Central Europe Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating and executing larger marketing campaigns, as well as designing and experimenting with smaller, focused campaigns tailored to different segments and industries within the Benelux Market.As Associate Regional Marketing Manager, you are part of our marketing team and report to the Central Europe Marketing Lead. Our internal teams (like Performance, Brand, Design etc) and external Content & Media Agencies support you in the planning and execution of the campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and local agencies to ensure the successful planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns that resonate with our target customers and drive measurable results.

You will take care of the following tasks:

  • Pipeline Creation: You will be managing and executing campaigns on a regional basis, tailored for specific audiences (like company size and industries), pain points we’ve identified or challenges our potential leads are facing. 

  • Pipeline Advancement: You’ll be implementing initiatives that accelerate deals in the pipeline, leveraging tactics that create a sense of urgency and drive companies towards conversion. You will also be working closely with the Benelux sales team to develop initiatives that assist them in their sales processes. 

  • Conversion Improvements: You will be drafting up highly relevant campaigns and initiatives that align with specific pain points or objectives our leads are facing. You will also continuously analyse performance metrics and insights to refine strategies, optimizing conversion rates. Besides you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of campaign messaging, design, and experience.

What you need to succeed

  • Native Dutch Speaker

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a Marketing role with proven track-record in campaign management. 

  • Ideally, previous experience in B2B SaaS companies.

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot and /or Salesforce

  • Manage, brief and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as other marketing teams, sales teams and external agencies effectively

  • Planning & Organizing: Able to work on setting out yearly marketing campaigns, orchestrating all tasks and to-do’s

  • High degree of proactiveness, diligence and a get-stuff-done mentality

  • Complexity: Prioritization of tasks and responsibilities across projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Impact oriented: Setting out with impact in mind, evaluating what format, speakers, topic would work best for our specific audiences. And then you measure the impact and iterate where needed.
