Our Winter 2024 Trailhead Cohort commences February 6, 2024.

All applications are reviewed and interviewed on a rolling basis.

The Associate Social Strategist will work with Critical Mass’ Global Social Pod on assisting clients across industries on bringing the social media to life. This role will support the team in creating, analyzing, and refining social media strategy and content with a role in all aspects of the process.

You will:

  • Develop and curate engaging, creative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in creating and executing social media strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering a positive online community.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Assist in managing and executing social media campaigns, including scheduling posts and coordinating with influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to provide recommendations for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

You have:

  • Passion and understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple clients or roles within the team.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Learning mindset.
  • Analytical skills and experience in tracking marketing metrics on social.
  • Examples of social media engagement.

Nice-to-Haves: (Optional)

  • Experience and exposure to community management.
  • A 2- or 4-year degree in social media, marketing, or related field.
  • Content creation experience.
