Betsson France is now hiring for a RG & Risk Analyst!
Some of the key areas will include: identification of players who may be involved in suspicious transactions and also may be at risk of developing problematic gambling behaviours, closely monitoring their activities, and taking appropriate measures to intervene when necessary, which may involve utilizing Responsible Gaming (RG) tools such as deposit limits or bet blocking features.

What you will do:
- Maintain fraud analysis models to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our company systems.
- Client account screening and customer assessment.
- Analyse and monitor player behaviour based on known indicators of gambling harm.
- Assist other departments with inquiries on Responsible Gaming.
- Conduct player interactions in adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that Responsible Gaming practices are in compliance with licensing regulation.
- Assist with the review of current and new compliance requirements related to Responsible Gambling.
- Work closely with other operational teams, including Fraud Team with investigation of player cases.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Responsible Gaming procedures.
- Generate reports on suspicious activity and risk management.
- Maintain gaming regulations standards as well as business decisions.
- Liaise with payment service providers to identify and prevent fraud.
Requirements:
- 1 year minimum experience in a similar role, working from an online business in an anti-fraud capacity
- In-depth understanding of AML processes and requirements
- Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mind-set and great attention to detail
- Natural ability to identify patterns and trends and convert them into preventive measures
- Approachable, Reliable and Team oriented
- Flexibility to work changing shift patterns, including evenings or nights and weekends
- Fluency in both written and oral English is mandatory
- Experience within the iGaming industry would be a bonus.
