About The Team:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK Brand and Comms team at HelloFresh as a Brand Executive. This team is responsible for developing multi-channel consumer campaigns for UK HelloFresh brands as well as creating product and PR initiatives that bring the value of HelloFresh recipe boxes to life.  

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Marketing Calendar Management - Maintain and update the brand marketing calendar ensuring all campaigns, events, and activities are accurately scheduled and coordinated. 
  • Process support - Create systems, processes and tools to better align marketing activity across the organisation.
  • Project Management - Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Reporting and Analytics - Generate regular reports on marketing activities, competitor activity and campaign performance 

Who You Are:

You are passionate about brand building and delicious food! You will have cut your teeth in a marketing or media team giving you a good understanding of what an effective brand campaign looks like. As a Brand Lead will need to be be super-organised and love a juicy problem to solve with many stakeholders and opinions to align. You get excited by new creative ideas and innovation, but also have an extremely analytical head on your shoulders and love robust data to support your opinions. Problem solving is ‘your thing’ and you jump in and get involved with a smile.

 

Essentials

  • 3+ years experience in a related role
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Data and analytical skills - comfortable with all G-suite tools with a special focus on spreadsheet and presentation creation
  • Clear and concise communication skills across all levels of seniority within an organisation
  • Deep understanding of media channels - ATL as well as paid and organic social - their benefits, implementation and content strategies

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London 

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working. We would require you to come in twice a week and and an additional day every other week
