Your Role

Hudl is building a fan experience that is already unparalleled in the fan marketplace. This past year, Hudl connected with over 80M fans, powered more than 300,000 live broadcasts, and created over 11M highlights. This experience provides brands an engaging platform to connect with fans of women’s and men’s sports, teams, and athletes. 

Our Advertising team is looking to add a Brand Sales Partner to drive new business opportunities across assigned categories, agencies and territories. This role will develop and sell packages that include media, content and creative services for brands and agencies to engage fans.

We'd like to hire a remote candidate in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago or Boston. We're also open to remote candidates who live in the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WY.

Must-Haves
  • Agency media sales experience. You have 5+ years of demonstrated success in media sales and/or brand partnerships roles, which includes established client-direct and agency contacts in several of the following verticals: CPG, retail/apparel, QSR, financial services, automotive, technology and/or entertainment. 
  • Proactive mindset. You like to reimagine how to support new deals before they’re in front of you.
  • Relationship-driven. You can build relationships with internal and external teams to effectively package and sell media, sponsorships, and content to partners, and know how to maintain those relationships.
  • Successful. You’ve proven you have the ability to access and close business with executive leadership. You communicate well and you move fast.

  • Expertise at closing deals. You have identified opportunities to sell and have used your negotiation skills to influence decision-makers.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is displayed below. The actual earnings will vary based on your individual performance against defined quotas you’ll receive after your start date in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP).
