As a Business Analyst working on our Business Analytics & Business Intelligence team in Gurgaon, India, you will work closely with to support our global Business Analytics team to create data driven solutions, extract and visualize data from large volumes of data and analyze our clients' performance to ensure they are hitting/exceeding their KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Business Analytics JIRA queue and create reports using the analytics’ developed reporting tools
• Respond using complex data pulling, development and scheduling of internal automatic alerts, and/or client facing automatic reports 
• Partner with regional Business Analyst & Revenue Operations teams to better understand the needs and translate them into actionable requests
• Provide comprehensive, region focused, business analysis, based on past and present data, including performance and root-cause analysis.
• Work with data from multiple sources, including Vertica, Big Query and potentially other sources like CRM
• Gather data and clean as necessary
• Analyze data for report creation
• Maintain and update existing reports as directed by the Business Analytics team and/or Account Managers
• Collaborate with BI Operations team on complex data requests and ensure data integrity
• Document reporting processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SQL and BI tools, e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Exceptional ability to understand data and to transform it into actionable business insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
• Experience working in an offshore environment supporting global team is a plus

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Serve as the Business Analytics point of contact and 1st level support for ad-hoc reporting requests
• Answer stakeholders reporting requests by using complex data pulling, development and scheduling of client facing automated reports, as well as automated alerts.
• Provide data and reporting support to our revenue operations team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, to support data-driven decision making.
• Provide comprehensive, region focused, business analysis, based on past and present data, including performance and root-cause analysis.
