What can you expect in this role: As the sales leader of the Brisbane office, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Queensland region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, ANZ, this hands-on role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities while collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure long-term regional success.

You are a skilled relationship builder, a creative problem solver, and a proven sales leader who excels at managing own KPIs independently. With a deep understanding of the agency landscape in your territory and established key relationships, you are ready to make a significant impact at Teads.

  • Expand Tead’s footprint with strategic agencies and brands.Proactively manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.  
  • Build and navigate relationships across complex agency structures, including trading desks, client leadership, data science, technology teams, and executives, while educating them on Teads’ solutions.  
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth post-onboarding.  
  • Develop a deep understanding of Teads’ value proposition and align it with the evolving needs of prospects and current clients.  
  • Maintain a disciplined and up-to-date sales pipeline to ensure accurate and predictable revenue forecasting.  
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including insights, customer experience, technical solutions, and enterprise to drive excellence and optimise client satisfaction.  

About You

  • Minimum 8 years sales experience of prospecting to media agencies and delivering success
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and programmatic is a must
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections with major advertising agencies
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technologies
  • Proven track record of winning large accounts
  • A team player with the ability to learn quickly and a self-motivated starter.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams
  • Entrepreneur and solution driven mentality
