About this role : 

We are looking for a  Business Operations Specialist in Paris to support the Retailer Compliance team within its processes for our Cashback market.

Our international Retailer Compliance team is responsible for Fraud Detection, Claims Management and the monitoring of both Ticket Generation and revenue integration for the GSG Cashback Services of all countries ("Rewards Tribe"). The aim is to detect problematic circumstances and based on that, to improve the internal processes as well as the processes between us and our partners in order to assure a proper, reliable service for both our customers and our partners.

Responsibilities: 

• Bring together the information about claims submission, fraud detection, revenue monitoring and ticket generation in order to detect issues in the Cashback process
• Action taking to improve the situation where necessary: communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Analysis, reporting and monitoring of the results

 

Bonus points if you : 

• Have first experiences in affiliate marketing, customer support or business operations

 

Your Profile : 

• Fluent in English and any of the following languages French / German / Spanish
• Comfortable with basic data processing operations (data extraction, data requests, interpretation & reporting)
• Good Excel skills
• Strong teamwork skills and consensus driven approach
• Professional communication skills to address problems towards B2B partners
• Diligent, analytic way of thinking
• Autonomous and well-organized way of working
• Adaptable to changing processes and workarounds
