We are looking for a Business Strategy Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Head of National Marketing & Planning. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be onsite in our Paris office at least 3 days per week. 

What you'll do:

Marketing Planning:

• • You will be in charge of building and leading the marketing planning process, setting up governance bodies and associated tracking tools. 
  • You will strongly contribute to the annual planning process and be the main point of contact for the Head of Marketing and the Finance & Strategy team. You will be in charge of preparing the “Strategic days” and the various meetings and supports necessary for iterations during the planning process. 

Operationalisation of the marketing strategy

• • You will be in charge of coordinating and aligning key players across departments (marketing, central, sales, Finance & Strategy) to ensure the proper execution of initiatives. 
  • You will be in charge of tracking and consolidating the progress of initiatives 
  • You will be in charge of monitoring budgetary expenditure, identifying risks and opportunities (reallocation, overspend, etc.)
  • You will ensure the fluidity of the process, the good communication of information and help reduce bottlenecks

Analysis & Insights

• • You will be in charge of creating and sharing business & consumer insights to guide the marketing team in the construction of its strategic plans and to help with decision-making, relying on analytical tools, data & consumer insights 
  • You will contribute to the preparation of business reviews and you will regularly share your analyzes with the marketing team

What we're looking for:

• 5 years + of experience in a strategy consulting firm or in technology and consumer industries
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers
• You have already worked in matrix organizations and know how to work in project mode involving the participation of numerous stakeholders
• You demonstrate great adaptability and are comfortable with change and ambiguity
• You have a strong “customer” sense
• Fluent English required (daily exchanges with teams based in the United Kingdom)
