We are searching for a talented In-product channel manager to help us deliver high-quality educational experience to our customers through our multilingual product. Your main duties will include implementing educational support, monitoring its performance and improving the learning paths in the product based on that evidence.

Role Responsibilities: What you’ll do 

• Tool management and improvement: You will work with the tools we use to provide in-app content and collaborate with the responsible product teams to deliver the best in-class user education experience (Stonly, Pendo).

• Channel planning: You plan, coordinate and improve educational user experience projects to automate the setup of new customers and facilitate the introduction of new features and functionalities.

• Implementation: You will support implementing in-product experiences to keep our customers informed about new functions and important updates working together with the content writing team. You will further develop the content execution for new in-product processes.

• Stakeholder management: You will work with supporting teams and external vendors for ongoing backend maintenance and frontend optimizations.

• Targeting and Analytics: You will provide specific targetings to send out tailored and relevant communication to our customers, analyze them and derive optimization initiatives from the results

What you need to succeed

• You have a degree in media technology, software development, computer science or communication sciences or one comparable background

• You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in managing customer-facing websites, and ideally in-product support and contextual help.

• You have experience with some of these platforms and technologies: Pendo, Userlane, Stonly. 

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS; knowledge of SQL and JavaScript would be a plus

• You are creative, open and have good communication skills with excellent English skills, spoken and written. German and other languages would be a plus.

• You understand how to structure complex issues and summarize them in simple words.

• You have strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
