With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.We are looking for a talented and ambitious Director or VP Channel Partners, to lead a high performing team and be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing our Channel Partnerships for sustained scalability and growth. You'll set the long-term vision of the space, in close collaboration with the SVP Partnerships, by driving a clear pipeline/go-to-market strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, reviewing business models/plans and maximizing Channel revenue. This multifaceted role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and implement strategies for optimizing partnership channels (across resellers and referrals).You will have the chance to work with a great bunch of people on building strong and lasting relationships with our partners. At the end of the day-  if they are successful, we are, too! 

Your Tasks

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Team of 5 Partner Managers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth with a great team spirit
  • Expand our Channel motion to additional markets, by defining the vision and go-to-market strategy for each of them
  • Analyze ongoing data and use the learnings to refine partner strategies and grow the pipeline of potential partners
  • Foster collaboration with Product & Engineering and play a key role in being the voice of the partners and their needs 
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver revenue goals and drive forward the company strategy
  • Drive transparency, automation, and simplification of the partner process, optimizing for revenue growth, pace-setting, and overall efficiency
  • Create department strategy and targets for quarterly/annual OKRs, support quarterly business review preparation, tracking and reporting on progress 
  • Formulate and scale monetization strategies in diverse partner models across Affiliates, Influencers, Referrals and Resellers

You Bring

  • 10+ years of commercial background / work experience with B2B Sales/Business Development. Preferred experience in fast growing companies or management consulting
  • 5+ years experience managing Channel partnerships (Affiliates, Referrals, Resellers) 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, proven track record of managing, coaching and leading international team(s) 
  • You have experience implementing change (building commercial frameworks, prioritizing GTM, building new team structures)
  • You have a can-do attitude and are enthusiastic about solving complex problems, taking a broad and long term perspective to identify solutions
  • You have excellent spoken and written communication & presentation skills in English (any other language is a plus)
  • You have experience resolving prioritization conflicts, resourcing shortfalls, and timing issues, and can summarize challenges & recommendations succinctly
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving
  • Knowledge of the Data Privacy (or Consent Management) space is a plus
