  • Stakeholder Management: Understand and influence customer priorities, spending significant time with key clients and partners.
  • Financial Acumen: Build/communicate TCO scenarios aligned to client challenges and Pure’s advantages.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead IT projects, serve as thought leader/advisor, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Collateral Creation: Build client-facing material—presentations, demos, PoCs—and co-create offers with Pure teams.
  • Sales Support: Guide the sales cycle with technical expertise and differentiation.
  • Technical Mentorship: Mentor SEs, lead field marketing events, and uphold Pure’s technical standards.
  • Market Insight: Track Telco trends, match customer challenges to Pure's vision, and anticipate future disruptions.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Promote our technical culture and help attract/retain top talent.
What You'll Bring
  • Deep Technical Skills: Expertise in infrastructure (storage, compute, DBs, virtualization), data management, and emerging tech.
  • Versatility: Familiarity with data science, DevOps, Agile, automation, security, and IT ops.
  • Strategic Mindset: Blend of high-level vision and meticulous problem-solving.
  • Outstanding Communicator: Able to build trust and translate complex ideas for all audiences.
  • Industry Savvy: Strong grasp of Telco/Enterprise IT operations and competitor positioning.
  • Continuous Learner: Willing to dedicate ~10% of time to training, certifications, and industry events.
