This role is remote eligible based out of the following cities and will potentially be assigned an in-field territory in early 2025.

As part of this mission, Chewy Health is seeking a Clinic Enrollment Consultant to join our Healthcare team. Chewy Health is revolutionizing how practice management is done within the Veterinarian community through various software offerings.  This is a tremendous opportunity to make a meaningful impact for both clinic staff and pet parents.  The Clinic Enrollment Consultant will be a high performing professional, with a successful track record of prospecting, presenting and engaging clients through the enrollment process.  The right candidate will have a powerful sense of urgency and the ability to connect with clients in a virtual environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Present and promote programs and services for Chewy Health, identifying the unique needs of the individual practices and advocating the correct program or service to enhance their performance.
  • Be a trusted advisor and maintain relationships with the veterinarians as well as the practice staff to facilitate the enrollment process and create further lead generation.
  • Grow clinic enrollment in Chewy Healthcare services within a set geographic territory via a Master Service Agreement.
  • Implement Chewy Healthcare strategy and monitor progress towards enrollment goal achievement using Chewy Healthcare analytical tools.
  • Responsible and accountable for meeting enrollment goals, as assigned.
  • Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management.
  • May represent Chewy Healthcare at local, regional, and national trade shows and exhibits to promote Chewy Healthcare products to the animal care community.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in technology services/SAAS, eCommerce marketplace or related industries (B2B or B2C); experience in the veterinary or healthcare industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and results in a high growth, fast paced environment.
  • Hands on experience with sales/CRM technologies and best practices (Salesforce, etc.).
  • Track record of taking ownership and driving results in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Position requires some travel (10-25%) with potential 50% travel within an assigned territory beginning in 2025.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Compensation & Benefits: 

The salary for Clinic Enrollment Consultant is based on candidates location. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
