Consultant (all genders) Safety Management
What can you expect?
- Collaborate closely with clients to design, test, and enhance autonomous driver assistance systems used globally, making road travel safer and more reliable.
- Develop and implement safety concepts for driving functions, contributing to the reduction of traffic accidents and fatalities worldwide.
- Design and model system architectures to align with rigorous safety objectives and requirements, ensuring top-notch reliability.
- Lead and moderate workshops focused on generating in-depth safety analyses at both the vehicle and component levels.
- Engage in dynamic project teams where you’ll showcase your technical expertise, teamwork, and communication skills, while contributing to innovative and ambitious projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Skilled in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, C, C++, Java, or similar. Experience with automotive simulation tools and software is a plus.
- Strong enthusiasm for advancing technology, with a proactive attitude and a readiness to learn new topics quickly.
- Familiarity with SOTIF and ISO 26262 standards. Experience with other automotive safety frameworks is beneficial.
- Background in Passive Safety and/or vehicle construction is a valuable plus. Understanding of driver assistance systems (ADAS) or autonomous driving technologies is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to approach complex technical challenges analytically and develop practical, safety-driven solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approac
- High proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Additional languages, particularly German, are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.
