What You'll Do:

• Strategize and write high-performing content for digital experiences that adheres to design system and UX best practices 
• Identify, implement and iterate on creative solutions 
• Draft copy and form content hierarchy strategies based on client brand and marketing strategyMake recommendations to optimize content and design for KPIs using data insights from marketing funnel metrics  and UX research 
• Lead co-creation sessions, whiteboarding, and brainstorm meetings with cross functional teams 
• Collaborate on content and visuals alongside product designers
• Craft, utilize, and manage internal guidelines and content systems based on brand pillars and evolving business goals
• Advocate for content at all levels
• Conduct competitive analyses and apply findings to content and design work 

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience with…

• Excellent, error-free writing skills
• Expert knowledge of digital content and UX best practices 
• Understand and apply metrics, reporting, performance and business impact as it relates to content 
• Competency to adapt to a variety of collaboration tools 
• Ability to conduct sound research, vet credible sources, and conduct a competitive analysis 
• Ability to lead and mentor creative team and provide feedback and guidance

Compensation

• USA Compensation Range: $55,000 - $80,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
