What you’ll do:

• Engage with different type of content producers in the German speaking markets at scale and empower them to create high quality content on Pinterest
• Own, develop and manage our growing content producers online community
• Educate content producers on the Pinterest product and drive feature adoption
• Approach creators at scale via emails, community management, webinars and other activities
• Organize events and other activations to foster a community sentiment 
• Analyze key metrics and translate your findings into actionable learnings and recommendations 
• Lead ad-hoc projects depending on the evolution of the strategy (eg : content producers interview, partnership deals…)

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of work experience in a creator/influencer management or marketing role, in social media strategies or digital advertising 
• Deep knowledge of the German lifestyle creator landscape and established influencer relationships are a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: German on native speaker level and fluent English, marketing copywriting experience is strongly preferred
• Track record in meeting ambitious, metrics-based goals
• Affinity for measurement and analytical skills
• Passion for Pinterest and digital products
• A team player, able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with technical and non-technical teams
