Join our dynamic content marketing team as a Content Ops, where your expertise in content marketing, SEO, and exceptional project management skills will drive the success of our content initiatives. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for orchestrating seamless collaboration among internal teams and external writers and agencies, ensuring top-notch content delivery that creates an impactful online presence for our brand. If you're passionate about organizing and optimizing content processes, refining guidelines, and excelling in efficient project management, we want you on board!

Your Tasks

  • Be the content conductor: Lead the coordination of content projects from inception to delivery, including collaboration with relevant internal and external teams. Keep the train on the tracks, the timeline in check, and everyone in the loop.

  • Resource wrangler: Organize project resources, estimate project times and regularly assess and manage team capacity to make sure we’re firing on all cylinders without burning out.

  • Process pro: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of content processes, guidelines and best practices, fine-tuning our playbook and making sure our workflows are slicker than our competitors' homepages.

  • Efficiency engineer: Spot the snags in our content production line and smooth them out to ensure strategies unfold without a hitch.

  • Collaboration champion: Break down the silos and work closely with SEO, web, and design to integrate their expertise into content creation and distribution, ensuring all content is optimized for performance and brand consistency.

  • Track and share content insights: Keep a pulse on how our content is performing, gathering the must-know metrics and turning them into easy-to-digest updates that’ll steer our content game plan, whether it’s at the end of the week or as each month wraps up.

You Bring

  • Project management proficiency: Exceptional project management skills are required, with a strong preference for certifications such as PMP or Agile. Experience with project management tools, especially Asana, is highly desirable.

  • Content marketing experience: Minimum of 3 years in content marketing with a strong track record in project coordination and process optimization.

  • Basic SEO knowledge: Understanding of key SEO principles and experience incorporating them into content production workflows.

  • Passionate organizer with proven success in coordinating remote, cross-functional teams and meticulously documenting processes for efficiency.

  • Communication excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear team directives, stakeholder management, and cross-department collaboration.

  • Bonus - Data analysis expertise: An analytical mindset with proficiency in assimilating data from various sources like Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, Power BI, and Looker Studio to inform content strategy and evaluate performance.
