The Organic Search Team consists of the disciplines Digital PR, SEO and Content. In addition to optimizing the user experience on our platforms, the team's core tasks also include the constant maintenance of the content areas. In addition to the German platforms WeltSparen and ZINSPILOT, we also look after our various international markets and work closely with our country heads. Our conviction is not to optimize content for search engines, but to put people at the center of our work. In this way, we want to help users find the perfect investment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You write informative, well-researched content around the topic of finance - newsletters, push notifications and website content (e.g. about savings products, investment behavior, economy & markets).
  • You can think cross-media and create and optimize content according to the needs of different channels and target groups as well as based on existing guidelines. You will edit and revise texts and work closely with external agencies.
  • You measure the effectiveness of the content using defined key performance indicators and derive appropriate measures from the KPIs
  • You create high-quality interviews with industry-relevant personalities. You are responsible for the conception, execution and publication of the interviews
  • You are interested in exciting topics, and talented at observing and adapting relevant trends and innovations to the topic and industry. You develop campaigns in close cooperation with the marketing team and other business stakeholders
  • You actively contribute to editorial planning and the further development of our content strategy

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in journalism, media/communication sciences, economics or comparable field of study or completed traineeship
  • At least 2 years of journalistic, editorial or marketing experience, ideally with an online medium or in the financial environment (FinTech experience or relevant internships is a plus)
  • SEO Experience
  • Strong interest in financial topics or the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics
  • Very good communication skills, initiative, results-oriented work, good organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
  • You are a native speaker of German and have a very good command of English (other languages like Dutch, Spanish, French are plus)
