About the role: 

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support three senior business leaders. This is a dynamic role where you'll manage a variety of administrative tasks including calendar coordination, travel planning, expense reconciliation, event and meeting logistics, and project support. You'll be a trusted partner in handling sensitive information, so professionalism and discretion are essential.

Your contribution will be:  

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings with staff, clients, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to three senior leaders, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries; maintain records and process related expenses
  • Build impactful PowerPoint presentations and support project-related deliverables
  • Plan and execute events from start to finish for employees, customers, and partners
  • Offer general administrative support to the broader team as needed

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, growing environment (technology or global company experience a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with executives and customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in scheduling and travel coordination
  • A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to company-wide support
