Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contractor Recruitment Coordinator to support the growing demands of contractor hiring. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from CV review to onboarding, acting as a bridge between hiring managers, suppliers, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities   Interview Coordination:

• Schedule interviews with contractor candidates, ensuring alignment between suppliers, candidates, and hiring managers.

CV Review & Tracking:

• Review CVs submitted by vendors, flag promising profiles, and ensure hiring managers review submissions in a timely manner.

Vendor Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with suppliers, providing updates, feedback, and next steps for each candidate.

Process Management:

• Own the end-to-end coordination of the contractor recruitment process, chasing hiring managers when needed and ensuring no delays.

Onboarding Administration:

• Set up contractor profiles in Workday, initiate required system entries, and open tickets for IT, facilities, or other onboarding needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with hiring managers, People Ops, IT, and vendors to ensure a seamless and professional contractor experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with stakeholder management across all levels and driving accountability.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a strong plus.
• Experience with Greenhouse or HireArt is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
