As Corporate Communications Manager you will be an essential contributor to HelloFresh’s Corporate Communication and Governmental Relations efforts across 18 markets and the six brands in the HelloFresh Group. You will work in close collaboration with other teams at HelloFresh, including the wider Brand & Communications team and our colleagues in Operations, Customer Service, Sustainability, etc. As an allrounder talent you will be responsible for media relations and strategic communication campaigns as well as the reporting and research capabilities of the team, driving our data driven approach to communication.

• Execute and support on communication strategies and campaigns (e.g. country launches, production site opening events, sustainability campaigns)
• Own the topics of data analysis and reporting for the Corporate Communications team, incl. media monitoring and tracking
• Engage in media relations and answering of press inquiries
• Conduct in-depth research projects to support other team members in developing communication strategies (e.g. researching industry trends, public opinion, risk analyses, etc.)
• Create content for corporate website and corporate LinkedIn
• Monitoring and research for the Government Relations team, e.g. critical policy developments in our active markets
• Be active as an allrounder, collaborating with many internal and external stakeholders and touching upon a wide variety of topics, including financial, political, sustainability, and crisis communication among others

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. communication science, PR, marketing, political science, etc.)
• 1 to 3 years of previous work experience in a Public Relations or (Corporate) Communications function; experience in Governmental Relations/Public Affairs is a plus
• Good understanding of data analysis; experience with Google Sheets or MS Excel is a plus
• You are willing to relocate to Berlin or already live in Berlin.
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus), you have worked/studied in an English or German-speaking environment before and you are able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise way to different audiences
• You are motivated to learn as well as to contribute your own ideas to a dynamic team
