We are looking for a CRM Manager for our CRM team in the heart of buzzing Berlin! 

Join our team in Berlin to accompany us on our mission of delivering value to our users via multichannel campaigns and improving customer lifetime value. You’ll be working closely with other CRM Managers and various stakeholders in the Marketing, Product, Platform, and Strategy domains.

You will:

• Plan, design, implement and track A/B tests and campaigns via Email, Push, In-app messaging, and Web channels
• Own the strategy and the goals in your area of expertise
• Identify and build strategies to leverage new technologies, platforms, and channels to reach and engage our audiences
• Build automation and personalization to create a relevant dialogue with subscribers
• Analyse data and trends to track performance and identify opportunities
• Work with our Creative teams to deliver the most impactful campaign communication
• Join an international team of 20+ people

You have:

• 2+ years experience working in CRM or Email-Marketing with hands on experience in building email, in-app and push marketing campaigns 
• Ability to dig into large sets of data to interpret findings, analyze trends, recognize anomalies and make recommendations
• In-depth understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
• A data driven decision making mindset
• Emarsys experience is a plus
• A team player mindset, motivated to create a positive environment at Babbel and driven to familiarize with unknown topics
• Good prioritization and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English. German language skills are not required
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus but not a requirement
