We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to join our Growth Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM management and will be responsible for supercharging our acquisition and upsell efforts through email and in-product placements. This role requires close coordination with our Global team, which is in charge of implementing the campaigns, as well as our Content Studio team.

• Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize CRM (emails, SMS & in-product) campaigns to drive acquisition and upsell of healthcare professionals, across all specialties.
• Segmentation: Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email and in-product messaging for better performance.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Global team to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and with the Content Studio team to ensure messaging is consistent and compelling.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
