YOUR IMPACT

As a Customer Growth Manager, your primary role will be to accompany and support our existing customers in their compliance journey. You will play a crucial role in helping them take their compliance management to the next level by introducing complementary software products from the EQS portfolio. You will: 

  • Take ownership of your customer portfolio and maximize your customer’s net revenue retention by implementing successful up-selling and cross-selling techniques, such as targeted marketing campaigns, trials, in-app offers, and direct sales.   
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of your customers and their specific requirements, by actively engaging with them, listening to their feedback, and proactively addressing their concerns. 
  • Keep track and analyze all relevant data about your customers, including their product usage, contract data, and customer pulse. 
  • Prepare offers, negotiate prices and price increases, and conclude contracts and contract renewals with your customers. 
  • Collaborate closely with the service and implementation teams as well as marketing, sales, and product development. 

THIS IS YOU

  • You have several years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Relationship/Service Management or Customer Success 
  • You have B2B SaaS experience. 
  • Experience in marketing, sales automation, and/or data-driven sales processes.  
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus a strong interest in proactively implementing new ideas and processes. 
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English plus one of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Spanish, or Danish. 
  • Sales and negotiation skills. 
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment, develop yourself and to exchange ideas in teams!
