✅Responsibilities and Duties

  • Establish business alignment with Account Management, Customer Support, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to develop go-to-customer programs that drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth of our platform features with the goal of retention, upsell and cross-sell within our customers.
  • Segment the customer audience into lifecycle-based stages to deliver personalized and targeted messaging throughout the customer journey to drive awareness of features and services customers aren’t currently using.
  • Delight and engage our customers: Building strong relationships with customers & partners through engaging marketing campaigns. Your mission is to build a community of fanatic brand advocates.
  • Create value through our customer & partner base: This position directly benefits our sales and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell, retention and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention. Responsible for identifying, owning, and launching customer & partner marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Customer & Partner Communications: Manage all communications to our Trademarks, Brand Protection and Content Protection customers and partners from Corsearch.
  • Campaign Management: Develop content marketing strategies for customer and partner accounts, including “better together” propositions for key strategic partners
  • Customer Advocates Library: Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and sourcing of new content

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities – partner with the Revops team to put measurements in place to track and report on the key metrics in this role

✅Essential

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in customer or product marketing, strategy, communications or business-related area
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business)
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong, demonstrable experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer / partner engagement and advocacy
  • Ability to write effective copy is a necessity
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
