One of the areas within Professional Services is Implementation, and as part of this team, you enable our large business customers (500+ employees) to understand the product, provide feedback, encourage their growth, and make their people process more successful. Join and become part of our exciting journey!We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist (d/f/m) who will be responsible for the implementation of large business customers. Your goal is to ensure a successful implementation of this customer base, taking time to ensure they feel equipped to get the most out of Personio, even in the most complex organization.Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • You are preparing, executing, and following up on implementation projects with our customers.
  • You identify and carry out additional formats, such as workshops to generate value, while keeping our resources on top of mind.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize value for the customer and ensure a smooth transition between the implementation and retention phases.
  • You educate key stakeholders to become Personio experts by helping them navigate the learn-on-demand tools, and improve their configuration skills during implementation calls.
  • You are ensuring a high-quality account setup by analyzing the customers' needs, figuring out the best-fitting account settings including future-proof setup (maintainability and usability), and supporting data imports.
  • You are supporting colleagues during escalations by managing the internal process and involving appropriate stakeholders.
  • You are supporting cross-departmental initiatives and projects.

What you need to succeed

  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken German & English skills
  • You have around 3 years of relevant experience (with some in the B2B software environment) ideally within an international customer success/ operations department.
  • You have a track record of project ownership, proving your excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • You have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in economics, social sciences, or any related field.
  • You are tech and data-driven, and you feel very comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel.
  • While you are passionate about process improvements, you always put the customer experience first.
  • You can easily explain complex circumstances, you are strong in prioritizing tasks, and you set clear expectations for your customers.
  • Ideally, you have already worked with some of our tools (e.g. Zendesk and Gainsight).
